Returns and Complaints


Description of the complaints procedure and return the goods:

1. The Buyer may consist Sellers complaints regarding agreements concluded at maciej.suchy@duledo.pl, or in writing to the Seller within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Properly made complaint should contain at least the following:

name, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
the date of conclusion of the Agreement which is the basis for the complaint, and the type and number (receipt or invoice)
the subject of the complaint, indicating the request of the Buyer (exchange, refund, repair or rebate)
any circumstances justifying reklamację- description of the reservations.

2. If given in the complaint data or information need to be supplemented, before dealing with complaints the seller asks for submitting a claim for supplementing the indicated range.

3. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form.

4. The answer to the complaint is sent to the specified by the Buyer e-mail address or postal mail.

The consumer’s right of withdrawal:

Within 14 days of receipt of purchased items or – in the case of services – a contract, the Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In such a case, the Seller returns received from the Buyer payment for the item after receiving it back intact. The fee for delivery of the item to the buyer will not be refunded. The cost of returning the purchased item to Duledo the purchaser. Form of return of the object to Duledo is optional, but we recommend shipment by registered or refund card. Also, the fee for delivering the returned object to Duledo will not be refunded. Subject should be secured in a proper manner before returning to Duledo and be able to unused and undamaged. In case of return of the object is used, soiled or damaged in any other way the money will not be returned or the amount of the refund will be reduced by the percentage loss of value of the object.

To withdraw from the agreement concluded in the online store Duledo, you must submit a statement to the Seller will, please e-mail: maciej.suchy@duledo.pl, it is also possible withdrawal in a letter to the address Duledo. The buyer may use the model withdrawal, given below. Shipment must be given to the address Duledo Sp. o.o. , 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Piotrkow 6c.

The model declaration of withdrawal from the contract (this statement must be completed and returned just in case you wish to withdraw from the contract):

The cost of returning things in case of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal from the Agreement, Seller shall not bear the cost of returning the goods.

Possibility to use extrajudicial methods of complaint and redress and access to these procedures:

The buyer who is a consumer has the ability to take advantage of non-judicial way of dealing with complaints and claims of the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection in Łódź. Deadline by which the return or complaint:

The complaint or refund will be dealt with within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the request and the subject matter concerned. The answer will be sent in electronic form to the address provided. In particularly justified cases, the answer will be sent in writing as a registered letter or return the documents to the address of the buyer.
